The problem is the drivers allowed this to happen for example the shipper tells the broker the load is worth $3000 the broker tells the driver he only give him $1700 you say no but their are other drivers in the area who will run the load for $1500 because they don’t understand or inexperienced in the trucking business in which the broker takes full advantage of them a lot of people claim to be 0/0 but don’t know what it takes to truly run a trucking business so now the government getting in on the action of getting money from the drivers
